Substack Notes are short posts designed to increase engagement. This is a good great thing.
When you fertilize and water them properly, you can easily grow them into full fledge newsletter articles.
Here’s one of my recent Notes:

A: Content profit refers to the financial benefits derived from creating and distributing valuable content. It’s not just about sales; it encompasses brand loyalty, community engagement, and long-term growth.
And my (and subscribers & members) favorite part:
Converting new and existing content into cash in the form of profitable digital products.”
Here’s how I would grow this into a longer article: (new content in bold italics)
”Q: What is content profit?
A: Content profit refers to the multiple financial benefits derived from creating and distributing valuable content. It’s not just about sales; it encompasses brand loyalty, community engagement, and long-term growth.
There’s 2 distinct ways to profit with your content:
Growing your list community: For me, every time someone new subscribes, that’s a profit
Cash: Digital products, coaching, memberships are just a few of the way to convert your content into cash.
