Recurring monthly revenue is the “holy grail” for content creators.
The challenge is it can be so challenging. What do I include? How do I get members? How much do I deliver each month?
I get it.
So here’s one of the most simple formulas I know for creating continuity programs without spending every waking moment on service delivery:
From Article to Recurring Revenue
If you’ve followed me for more than a day you know I like to get right down to it:
Step 1: Create a “3 Pillars” article identifying the 3 main success pillars in your niche.
EX: I could create a 3 Pillars article about content marketing with these 3 pillars => Create=>Promote=>Revenue (I call it CPR just for kicks and giggles)
Step 2: Deliver training on one pillar each month. Include a separate Q&A session.
EX: Staying with the example above, here’s what this could look like:
Month 1: Training on Content Creation. Q & A Session.
Month 2: Training on Content Promotion. Q & A Session.
Month 3: Training on Content Revenue. Q & A Session.
Rinse and repeat every 3 months.
If you deliver a 30-minute training and a 30-minute Q&A that’s only one hour of service delivery each month!
I could make this harder and more time-consuming if you’d like, but why? ;-)
